SharePoint Content Management Specialist

Drive high-quality content management as a SharePoint Specialist. Utilize your expertise to enhance corporate intranet accessibility and navigation through effective content publishing and management. This contract role is focused on supporting site owners while ensuring a user-friendly experience across SharePoint's Classic and Modern environments. You will be responsible for applying best practices in information architecture and ensuring all content meets rigorous accessibility guidelines. Collaboration with business units will be key to delivering exceptional content. Key Responsibilities:

Build and publish pages while managing permissions and metadata
Review and optimize content for accessibility and quality
Conduct extensive QA checks for published content
Assist in redesigning pages during migrations to Modern
Recommend practices to improve user experience

Requirements:

2–3 years of practical SharePoint experience in enterprises
Experience with accessibility standards and content governance
Exceptional writing skills for clear communication
Strong collaboration and detail-oriented skills
Basic design editing experience is a plus
