Focus on client accounts and receivables while ensuring financial stability across Ontario branches. Franklin Empire Inc. seeks a dedicated Credit Analyst to support the Credit Manager. This role involves analyzing client accounts, communicative follow-ups on payment issues, and evaluating new client accounts to maintain operational efficiency. Strong communication and collaboration are essential as you navigate credit challenges for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients about payment delays
- Recommend suspension of purchasing abilities as needed
- Analyze and approve customer orders promptly
- Conduct preliminary checks for new client accounts
- Manage reports and documents related to recovery
- College Degree in accounting
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong communication and diplomatic skills
- Knowledge of MS-Office suite preferred
- Understanding of the construction industry is an asset
