AGF Rebar cherche un Directeur Général pour gérer ses opérations en Alberta. Le candidat idéal saura diriger, développer des stratégies et diriger les équipes afin de maximiser la rentabilité. Sous la responsabilité du COO, ce poste implique la gestion complète des activités d'AGF en Alberta. Le Directeur Général sera chargé de diriger les équipes administratives, opérationnelles, et d'améliorer les stratégies commerciales. Un accent particulier sera mis sur le développement d'une culture de sécurité et une forte collaboration interne. Key Responsibilities:
- Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies commerciales
- Gérer le compte de profits et pertes (P&L)
- Élaborer des plans à long terme et mesurer leur succès
- Superviser la gestion de projets et le leadership stratégique
- Assurer le suivi des activités opérationnelles et logistiques
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie ou gestion des opérations
- 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en gestion dans la construction
- Compétences en gestion stratégique et analyse financière
- Expérience dans l'armature ou le béton préfabriqué
- Fortes compétences en leadership et communication
