We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will streamline daily business workflows, manage operational logistics, and support cross-functional teams to ensure maximum efficiency across departments.

Responsibilities
Cross-Departmental Coordination: Collaborate with sales, logistics, IT, and administrative departments to track orders, update account status, and clarify process

Track and analyze key sales metrics to maintain data integrity across the teams.

Prepare customized sales reports, client presentations, formal proposals, and marketing collateral for account executives.

Receive, confirm, and place purchase orders in transit

verify quantities, weights, and product codes to match what is in an order

Logistics shipments and documentation

Prepare stickers and packaging for orders to be shipped out accordingly

Other tasks as required

Qualifications
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) Experience with NetSuite is considered an asset
Previous experience in operations or administrative support roles
2-3 years in a similar position
Strong customer service
Bilingualism is required; French and English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of lighting (an asset).
English-speaking internal and external [clients/partners/employees] located outside Quebec on a [daily/regular] basis
