Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to generate new business opportunities through cold calling and email outreach.
We are hiring internationally (North America preferred)!
The Ideal Candidate Will
- Identify potential corporate clients
- Initiate contact
- Set up qualified meetings for the sales team
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to corporate organizations and decision-makers
- Execute targeted email campaigns to generate leadsIdentify and qualify potential clients (B2B)
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects
- Schedule meetings/demos for the senior sales team
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Follow up consistently with leads
- Achieve weekly and monthly outreach targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in cold calling / outbound sales (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
- Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
- Self-driven with strong organizational skills
- Basic understanding of SaaS / software solutions (preferred)
