Wealthsimple Campaign Manager Position

Join Wealthsimple as a Marketing Operations & Campaign Manager to enhance the Active Trader experience. Lead the planning and execution of campaigns, ensuring quality delivery on time and within budget. This role requires a strong operational backbone for our Active Trader marketing team. As the connective tissue of the team, you will handle campaign briefs, organize compliance reviews, and coordinate with several stakeholders to ensure successful launches. Your passion for organization and detail will be critical for maintaining workflow and project timelines. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end workflow of Active Trader campaigns
- Write clear, effective creative and campaign briefs
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on creative projects
- Oversee legal and compliance review processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain smooth operations
- 5+ years in marketing operations or project management
- Proven track record of managing concurrent campaigns
- Experience with compliance or regulatory review
- Strong written communication and briefing skills
- Familiarity with project management tools and AI
