First Foundations Jewish Community Preschools is seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and dedicated Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) to join our team. Whether you're an experienced educator or a recent graduate, we provide the mentorship, training, and support you need to succeed.

Qualifications

Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE) in good standing with the College of Early Childhood Educators
Experience working with preschool-aged children (new graduates welcome)
Valid Standard First Aid & CPR-C (or willingness to obtain)
Valid Vulnerable Sector Check
Current immunization record
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Positive, professional, and nurturing approach

Responsibilities

Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
Support children's learning, development, and well-being
Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintain a healthy and safe learning environment

Position Details

Position: Part-Time RECE (RECE/ECA)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:15 a.m. – 3:15 p.m.
Location: 1445 Eglinton Avenue West, Toronto, ON
Start Date: August 2026
