As a Senior Sales Manager with Rotork, you will execute innovative sales delivery, working directly with key accounts and distributors. Your responsibilities include maximizing opportunities through value-added selling techniques and maintaining strong operational excellence across channels. Collaborating with internal teams and utilizing your extensive market knowledge will be essential to expand our customer base and strengthen client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales against targets with strategic accounts
- Utilize value-added selling to enhance market opportunities
- Foster excellent customer relationships through direct engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams for sales excellence
- Report market intelligence using Rotork CRM
- Engineering degree or recognized qualification
- 7+ years of sales experience in industrial engineering
- Proven track record of commercial success
- Strong command of English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to travel nationally (50-75%)
