As a pivotal team member within Agilent, the Quality Assurance Training Lead is responsible for creating impactful training initiatives that meet both business and regulatory requirements. Collaborating with various functional units, this role ensures effective training aligns with Health Canada and FDA compliance. Your contributions will significantly bolster quality assurance across BIOVECTRA’s operations in Windsor, NS, and Charlottetown, PEI. Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement quality assurance training programs
• Partner with teams for thorough needs analysis
• Serve as key representative during inspections
• Coordinate training initiatives across multiple sites
• Develop training materials and maintain trainer qualifications Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• Four years of experience in a GMP-regulated environment
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of Health Canada and FDA regulations
• Familiarity with electronic training management systems Enhance workforce effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance at Agilent through strategic training leadership.
