In this integral role, you will specialize in creating and implementing training that aligns with Health Canada and FDA regulations. With a strong emphasis on evaluating training effectiveness, you will collaborate with department heads to ensure the readiness of training materials for regulatory inspections.

Key Responsibilities: • Analyze training effectiveness and oversee program coordination • Represent the training system during compliance inspections • Establish qualifications for trainers and maintain programs • Collaborate with departments to create relevant assessments • Facilitate annual cGMP training sessions for staff

Requirements: • Mandatory post-secondary education • Minimum of four years in quality management • Exceptional training facilitation skills required • Familiarity with Quality systems is advantageous • Experience with LMS or electronic training systems preferred
