- Provide ongoing care to new and existing patients
- Conduct consultations and follow-up via phone or in person
- Maintain accurate records with Accuro EMR system
- Flexibly manage your schedule within clinic hours
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure patient continuity
- Board-certified in family medicine
- Familiarity with EMR documentation practices
- Willingness to work within a collaborative framework
- Strong patient-care focus and communication skills
- Interest in academic mentorship if applicable
