SWITCH BC is seeking a Psychological Health and Safety Lead to develop, implement, and continually improve provincial resources and tools addressing occupational health in British Columbia’s healthcare sector.
Reporting to the Manager of Psychological Health and Safety, you will translate complex concepts into practical learning materials, collaborate with partners, and influence policy and practice across diverse healthcare settings.
