Social Media & Content Creator

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for luxury homes, architecture, construction, and design?
DSBG, one of the GTA's premier custom home builders and construction management firms, is seeking an experienced Social Media & Content Creator to help strengthen and grow our digital presence.
This is an exciting contract opportunity for a talented professional who can create compelling content, build engagement, and showcase the craftsmanship, people, and projects behind the DSBG brand.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy for DSBG
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar
- Produce engaging Instagram and LinkedIn content, including posts, stories, reels, and project features
- Leverage existing project photography, video, and company assets while identifying opportunities for new content creation
- Collaborate with leadership to align content with business development and marketing objectives
- Support the continued growth and rebuilding of DSBG's social media presence
- Monitor engagement, trends, and performance metrics, providing recommendations for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing and growing social media accounts for businesses or brands
- Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, storytelling, and audience engagement
- Proficiency with Instagram, LinkedIn, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms
- Excellent written and visual communication skills
- Experience within luxury residential construction, architecture, interior design, real estate, or related industries is considered a strong asset
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects independently
