In this role, you’ll be an integral part of our accounting team, helping ensure the smooth and accurate processing of vehicle sales transactions, funding, inventory, and financial documentation. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping operations organized, accurate, and running efficiently behind the scenes.
What You'll Do:- Stock incoming vehicles
- Pay out liens and post bank funding
- Accurately post deals and floorplans, ensure compliance requirements are met
- Complete inventory and funding adjustments
- Prepare and verify accounting entries for vehicle sales, trade-ins, and financing
- Assist with general accounting duties as needed
- You have a strong attention to detail and are able to maintain a high level of accuracy.
- You are proficient with accounting software and/or Dealer Management System(s).
- You have excellent interpersonal and team building skills.
- You are self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision, and can meet deadlines.
- Accounting experience is considered a strong asset.
