We are looking to hire a self-sufficient, physically fit, and ambitious Stockperson/Cart-pusher to develop skills in retail. This role involves collecting carts from corrals, parking lots, and store perimeter, returning them safely while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Collect and return carts safely; maintain Cart Retrieval Log
• Stock and replenish merchandise; keep sales floor organized and labelled
• Assist customers with carry-outs, locating products, and verify receipts
• Ensure adequate carts available and promote safety via PPE use
• Support store cleanliness, safety, and efficiency; complete safety sweeps
• Perform occasional restroom cleaning following safety protocols
• Adhere to emergency procedures and company policies.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance; adaptable to changing tasks
• Experience in retail, customer service, stocking, or warehouse is an asset
• Strong attention to detail; able to work independently
• Good communication skills
• Able to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs regularly
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
