Job Summary
Provide onsite leadership for pipefitting projects, ensuring installations meet specifications, codes, and quality standards. Coordinate crews, schedules, and resources to complete projects safely and on time.

Main Duties
- Supervise and assign work to pipefitting crews, helpers, and subcontractors to meet project objectives.
- Interpret blueprints, piping layouts, and technical specifications to plan installation and fabrication activities.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, track progress, and adjust resources to meet deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and safety procedures, and conduct site safety inspections.
- Inspect, test, and commission piping systems; identify and rectify defects or nonconforming work.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, other trades, and suppliers to secure materials and resolve technical issues.
Requirements
- Completion of a pipefitting apprenticeship or equivalent trade certification as a journeyperson.
- Several years of hands-on pipefitting experience with demonstrated supervisory or lead-hands responsibility.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints, isometrics, P&IDs, and technical specifications.
- Knowledge of applicable piping codes, standards, installation methods, and testing procedures.
- Experience with inspection, pressure testing, and commissioning of piping systems and related equipment.
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments, travel between sites as required, and adapt to variable hours.
