Hello,I'm Caroline, a Recruitment Consultant at Fed Finance, a recruitment firm specializing in finance roles. I handle two types of placements: temporary and permanent positions on Montreal's South Shore. Our team of finance experts speaks your language and operates within your industry. We cover roles in accounting, finance, and payroll. I am currently seeking a Financial Analyst for my client based on the South Shore. This is a permanent hybrid position.
Mission- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and reports

• Participate in month-end closing processes and general ledger account reconciliations
• Ensure the accuracy of accounting transactions in accordance with applicable standards
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls
• Monitor inventory and capital expenditure (Capex) projects
• Prepare various financial reports for management
• Participate in external audits and collaborate with international accounting teams

Your profile- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field

• CPA designation is a plus
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial analysis
• Strong understanding of accounting standards and month-end processes
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written, in an international collaborative environment
• Excellent proficiency in Excel
• Experience with SAP is a plusPROCESS: Preliminary interview with Caroline Vansteene, Recruitment Consultant, followed by an interview with the HR Consultant.
