My Catering Group is a locally owned, catering company operating cafes in some of Canada's most renowned cultural institutions: the Canadian Museum of History, the Canadian War Museum, and the Canadian Museum of Nature. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and delicious food.
Position: Bilingual Line Cook
We are seeking a bilingual line cook to join our dedicated kitchen team at the Canadian Museum of History. In this role, you will play a key part in the prep and execution of a high-volume kitchen in a busy, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
*Set up and organize workstations for smooth kitchen operations *Maintain par levels of ingredients and supplies to ensure efficient workflow *Prepare and cook dishes to order, adhering to My Bistro's high standards *Follow health and safety guidelines, ensuring a clean and safe working environment *Assist with prepping for large events and internal deliveries as needed *Collaborate with team members to ensure the timely and efficient service of foodQualifications:
*Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role *Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils *Bilingual in French and English (spoken) is required *Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks *Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a small, close-knit team *Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and professionalismWhat We Offer:

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $19.00/hour.
