Sales Ambassador – FIFA Toronto Activation

Territory: Toronto Downtown

Campaign Dates: June 11th – July 5th, 2026, plus July 18th–19th, 2026

Pay Rate: $27/hour + Bonus

Schedule 1 – Main Activation Period

June 11th – July 5th, 2026

• 4 days/week
• Average 4.5 hours/day per shift
• Flexible scheduling across weekdays and weekends based on activation needs

Schedule 2 – Final Activation Weekend

July 18th – July 19th, 2026

• 2 days total
• 4 hours per day
• Focused final push activation

Please note: This is a contract-based event activation role requiring flexibility, including evenings, weekends, and event-based scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

Primary Focus: Delivering exceptional customer experiences while engaging, educating, and converting adult consumers during FIFA events aboard a Hop-On Hop-Off experience.

Sales Expectations: Meet or exceed engagement and sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.

Customer Interaction: Face-to-face engagement with adult consumers in energetic, high-traffic environments while introducing an innovative, smoke-free alternative designed for adult nicotine consumers.

Brand Representation: Act as a trusted Brand Ambassador with a polished, confident, and professional presence.

Event Execution: Support activation setup, execution, reporting, and overall consumer experience throughout the campaign.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team leader and the retailer

Additional Requirements

• Previous sales, brand ambassador, promotional, or customer-facing experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable approaching and engaging with consumers in public settings
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Comfortable working outdoors and in high-energy event environments
• Ability to stand for extended periods and actively engage with consumers throughout activations
