Senior Salesforce Developer

We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to help Webflow scale our go-to-market systems with quality, scalability, and strong governance. You'll design and build the Salesforce, CPQ, and integration solutions that our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams depend on every day. You'll work closely with stakeholders and the broader Enterprise Technology team to turn business needs into clean, durable solutions.

This role combines hands-on engineering excellence with the judgment to know what to build, what to simplify, and what not to build at all. You'll help make our platform easier to use, easier to trust, and easier to extend.

You'll join a team of 5 architects, developers, and admins who own Webflow's GTM systems end to end. We don't have dedicated project managers, business analysts, or QA. Each of us runs our own projects from the first stakeholder conversation through requirements, design, build, testing, and rollout. We work as a community of practice. We share patterns, review each other's work, and grow the craft together.

• The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate's geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

    • $116,600-$163,300

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

About you:

Requirements:

• BS / BA college degree or relevant experience.

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in a complex Sales Cloud org.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I and Platform Developer II certifications.

• Strong Apex, SOQL, Flow, and LWC skills, and a clear sense of when to use each.

• Deep understanding of the platform's transaction model, including order of execution, synchronous and asynchronous processing, bulkification, and governor limits, plus experience tuning performance in large-data-volume orgs.

• Strong grasp of Salesforce security in code, including CRUD, FLS, sharing, injection prevention, and named credentials.

• Hands-on Salesforce CPQ experience.

• Experience with source-driven delivery: SFDX, Git, pull request workflows, static analysis, automated testing, and rollback planning in a CI/CD tool such as Gearset or Copado.

• Experience with event-driven patterns such as Platform Events and Change Data Capture.

• Experience building and supporting integrations designed for failure, including retries, idempotency, error handling, and clear system-of-record boundaries.

Preferred:

• Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, and/or Platform App Builder certifications.

• Experience with identity provisioning or data warehouse integrations.

• Experience in a B2B SaaS environment
