Le programme d'avions commerciaux A220 recherche un(e) Responsable Stratégie et Portfolio Qualité A220 pour rejoindre notre équipe Qualité A220 - Performance et Digital !

En tant que Responsable Stratégie et Portfolio Qualité A220, vous travaillerez au sein de l’équipe A220 Qualité Performance & Digital, basée sur le site Airbus A220 à Mirabel. Votre rôle principal sera de gérer le portfolio de projets Qualité, et de mettre en place / renforcer la gouvernance de la stratégie Qualité, en s’appuyant sur le plan maître Qualité.

Vous assurerez la cohérence entre les objectifs stratégiques (Top Company Objectives), le portfolio de projets Qualité qui y répondent, et les indicateurs de suivi (KPIs) mesurant l'impact des actions mises en place. Ce poste clé implique également la consolidation du plan financier (AOP) du département, le support à la gestion des risques (ERM) et le pilotage du portfolio de projets Qualité.

La communication avec tous les départements Qualité est indispensable, mais également celle avec les autres fonctions A220 (VSM, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Programme, etc.). Vous serez amené(e) à leader et animer des gouvernances afin d’assurer le suivi, de proposer des améliorations et d'aider à la mise en place du système.

Vos défis et responsabilités seront organisées autour de quatre piliers principaux :

  • Gouvernance de la performance & Stratégie

Soutenir l'excellence de la performance en consolidant la cascade des objectifs Qualité (TCOs) au sein du programme A220, renforcer la gouvernance associée au sein de la fonction (plan maître)

Générer des informations stratégiques à partir de tableaux de bord de performance et d'analyses de causes profondes, en collaborant avec les gestionnaires pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.

Leader des projets transverses contribuant au renforcement du système de gestion de la performance Qualité.

  • Gestion de Portfolio Projets & Implémentation

Gérer et animer le portfolio de projets du département Qualité, en s'assurant de l'alignement avec les objectifs stratégiques et en suivant l'avancement, les budgets et les livrables.

Articuler des objectifs SMART pour les initiatives, identifier les ressources nécessaires, développer une portée et un calendrier clairs, et définir les critères de succès.

Travailler aux côtés des gestionnaires et des experts fonctionnels pour implémenter les plans d'action et assurer la livraison des projets d'amélioration.

  • Finance & Planification (AOP)

Consolider, préparer et piloter le plan financier annuel (AOP) pour l'ensemble du département Qualité, en assurant le suivi budgétaire mensuel et l'analyse des écarts.

Réaliser des analyses de charge / capacité et formuler des recommandations pour soutenir les actions d'amélioration des coûts et analyser les opportunités budgétaires.

  • Gestion des Risques

Apporter un support actif au processus de gestion des risques (Enterprise Risk Management - ERM) pour le département Qualité, incluant l'identification, l'évaluation et le suivi des plans de mitigation.

Identifier les risques spécifiques à la mise en œuvre des projets et à la durabilité des résultats, et développer des stratégies d'atténuation en partenariat avec les équipes.

Votre profil

  • Vous détenez un Baccalauréat en administration des affaires, ingénierie, finance ou dans un domaine pertinent.
  • Vous avez un minimum de 5 à 7 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion de la performance, gestion de projet, contrôle de gestion (financier) ou en qualité, idéalement dans un environnement manufacturier ou aéronautique.
  • Vous avez une excellente maîtrise de la gestion de projet (certification PMP, un atout).
  • Vous avez une capacité démontrée à analyser des données complexes, à identifier des tendances et à formuler des recommandations stratégiques.
  • Leadership : capacité d’influence et excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation demandées, à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • De bonnes compétences en analyse financière, planification budgétaire (AOP) et contrôle des coûts seraient un atout.
  • Une expérience ou des connaissances des méthodologies de gestion des risques (ERM) seraient un plus
  • Maîtrise des outils de la suite Google (Sheets, Slides) ; connaissance de Skywise serait un plus
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (Français et Anglais, écrit et parlé).

Ce poste peut impliquer des déplacements professionnels (dans le monde entier).

Déplacements requis : Déplacements occasionnels aux Etats Unis et en Europe.

A220 Quality Strategy and Portfolio Leader

Do you have experience in the aerospace industry and/or in the Quality field? Do you have at least 5 years of experience in portfolio/project management and wish to evolve and develop new skills? This position is perfect for you!

The A220 commercial aircraft program is looking for an A220 Quality Strategy and Portfolio Leader to join our A220 Quality Performance & Digital team!

As the A220 Quality Strategy and Portfolio Leader, you will work within the A220 Quality Performance & Digital team, based at the Airbus A220 site in Mirabel. Your primary role will be to manage the Quality project portfolio and to implement/strengthen the Quality strategy governance, based on the Quality master plan.

You will ensure coherence between strategic objectives (Top Company Objectives), the Quality project portfolio addressing them, and the tracking indicators (KPIs) measuring the impact of implemented actions. This key position also involves consolidating the department's financial plan (AOP), supporting risk management (ERM), and steering the Quality project portfolio.

Communication with all Quality departments is essential, as well as with other A220 functions (VSM, Engineering, Procurement, Finance, Program, etc.). You will be required to lead and facilitate governance meetings to ensure tracking, propose improvements, and assist in system implementation.

Your challenges and responsibilities will be organized around four main pillars:

  • Performance Governance & Strategy

Support performance excellence by consolidating the cascade of Quality objectives (TCOs) within the A220 program and strengthening the associated governance within the function (master plan).

Generate strategic insights from performance dashboards and root cause analyses, collaborating with managers to identify improvement opportunities.

Lead transversal projects contributing to the strengthening of the Quality performance management system.

  • Project Portfolio Management & Implementation

Manage and facilitate the Quality department's project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and tracking progress, budgets, and deliverables.

Articulate SMART objectives for initiatives, identify necessary resources, develop a clear scope and schedule, and define success criteria.

Work alongside managers and functional experts to implement action plans and ensure the delivery of improvement projects.

  • Finance & Planning (AOP)

Consolidate, prepare, and steer the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the entire Quality department, ensuring monthly budget tracking and variance analysis.

Conduct workload/capacity analyses and formulate recommendations to support cost improvement actions and analyze budgetary opportunities.

  • Risk Management

Provide active support to the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process for the Quality department, including identification, assessment, and tracking of mitigation plans.

Identify risks specific to project implementation and the sustainability of results, and develop mitigation strategies in partnership with the teams.

Your boarding pass

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a relevant field.
  • You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in performance management, project management, controlling (financial), or quality, ideally in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
  • You demonstrate excellent mastery of project management (PMP certification is an asset).
  • You have a proven ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and formulate strategic recommendations.
  • Leadership: Influence capabilities and excellent communication and presentation skills are required at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong skills in financial analysis, budget planning (AOP), and cost control would be an asset.
  • Experience or knowledge of Risk Management methodologies (ERM) would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite tools (Sheets, Slides); knowledge of Skywise would be a plus.
  • Bilingualism is essential (French and English, written and spoken).

This position may involve business travel (worldwide).

Travel required: Occasional travel to the United States and Europe.
