As a Bilingual Customer Service Center Representative, you’ll be a key point of contact for customers, helping create smooth and positive experiences across their purchasing journey.
You’ll assist with sales, in-store pickups, returns, and customer concerns while providing clear, timely, and practical solutions.
The role combines customer service, problem-solving, and communication in a fast-paced retail environment.
You’ll work closely with colleagues to resolve issues efficiently and ensure customers feel supported and valued.
Strong bilingual communication will be essential for serving customers confidently in both English and French.

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service in both English and French.
• Assist customers with sales inquiries, in-store pickups, returns, and other service-related requests.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a customer service environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in both English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in both languages.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a practical approach to resolving customer concerns.
• Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer orientation and commitment to delivering a high-quality service experience.
