ServiceTitan & Operations Support Specialist (DR)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a ServiceTitan & Operations Support Specialist (DR) based in Canada.

This role is ideal for a highly organized operations professional who can combine technical platform expertise with strong business judgment. You’ll support home service and business coaching operations by managing systems, workflows, records, reporting, and administrative processes. ServiceTitan will be central to your work, with additional exposure to platforms such as Housecall Pro and FieldEdge. You’ll have the opportunity to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and help make day-to-day operations more effective. The position requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the confidence to work independently across multiple priorities. Your work will directly help leadership teams solve operational challenges, improve processes, and support sustainable business and client growth.

• Manage and maintain ServiceTitan accounts, workflows, configurations, and operational processes.
• Support administrative and operational activities across multiple projects and client initiatives.
• Generate reports, track KPIs, organize business data, and provide accurate information to support operational decision-making.
• Maintain CRM data and customer records while ensuring information remains organized, accurate, and up to date.
• Support job tracking, scheduling, workflow management, and other core operational activities within relevant service platforms.
• Provide platform support across ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, and FieldEdge as required.
• Identify inefficiencies, operational gaps, and recurring issues, and proactively recommend practical process improvements.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and within agreed deadlines.
• Collaborate with leadership to resolve operational challenges and support broader business growth objectives.
• Continuously look for ways to improve systems, workflows, and processes that contribute to client success and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience using ServiceTitan is required.
• Familiarity with Housecall Pro and FieldEdge is preferred.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of accuracy and reliability when managing operational data, customer records, and business processes.
• Ability to learn new software, systems, and processes quickly.
• Strong accountability and ownership, with a focus on delivering results rather than simply completing assigned tasks.
• Resourceful, dependable, and comfortable thinking beyond immediate tasks to identify better ways of working.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with leadership and contribute constructively to operational and process improvement initiatives.
