Key Responsibilities
- Create effective risk reduction strategies based on data
- Provide leadership to the Fire Prevention team
- Act as key advisor for inter‑departmental collaborations
- Enhance labour relations and respond to workplace issues
- Direct administrative functions for volunteer firefighters
Requirements
- Seven years of progressive fire services experience required
- Relevant diploma in administration or related fields
- Certified in NFPA fire protection and prevention standards
- Comprehensive knowledge of municipal legislation
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
