Deine Mission
Du führst komplexe Shopify-Kundenprojekte end-to-end – von Kick-off bis Go-live
Als Project Lead übernimmst du die Verantwortung für Qualität, Scope und Ergebnis
Du strukturierst Projekte klar, setzt Prioritäten und sorgst für transparente Entscheidungswege
Du erkennst Risiken früh, klärst Zielkonflikte und führst Projekte sicher durch anspruchsvolle Entscheidungsphasen
Du moderierst Entscheidungsrunden und Stakeholder-Abstimmungen so, dass Klarheit und Verbindlichkeit entstehen
In ausgewählten frühen oder entscheidungskritischen Projektphasen strukturierst du Anforderungen und bereitest gemeinsam mit UX & Tech belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen für unsere Shopify-Projekte vor
Du unterstützt mit deiner konzeptionellen Erfahrung bei der Angebotserstellung für große RfPs
Das bringst du mit
5–7+ Jahre Erfahrung im Projektmanagement komplexer Digital- oder Tech-Projekte (idealerweise Agentur oder projektgetriebenes Umfeld)
Must-have: Fundierte Erfahrung mit Shopify-Projekten, idealerweise inkl. Shopify Plus (z. B. App-Landschaften, Migrationen, Schnittstellen, komplexere Setups)
Erfahrung als Projektleitung mit fachlicher Projektverantwortung (nicht ausschließlich operative Koordination)
Sehr starke Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeit
Strukturierte, entscheidungsstarke Arbeitsweise
Hohe Eigenverantwortung und Verlässlichkeit
Sehr gutes Deutsch und gutes Englisch
