Manufacturing Paint Line Supervisor

Arrow seeks a Paint Line Team Leader to supervise paint operations and train employees effectively while prioritizing safety and quality. This role is crucial in a manufacturing environment. As the Paint Line Team Leader, you will oversee operations in the absence of the Fabrication Shop Supervisor, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. You will train both new and experienced operators in paint processes, monitor operations, and communicate production challenges to enhance the work environment. Key Responsibilities:
- Set up paint lines for different painting jobs
- Conduct inspections and monitor quality of finished parts
- Maintain and troubleshoot paint equipment
- Recommend process improvements for greater throughput
- Train team members on safe machining and setups
- Secondary education or equivalent is a must
- Manufacturing experience in paint operations is advantageous
- Knowledge of wet-paint processes essential
- Safety-focused and detail-oriented mindset
- Team-oriented with a reliable work ethic
