Expected Start Date: November 09, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: Prince Albert Department: Quality Improvement - Saskatoon/North Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days, Standby Number of Hours per Rotation: 15 shifts of 7.5 hours per 3 weeks Relief: No Float: No Hours of Work: Standard Hours Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job : System Flow Specialists are responsible for performing various key functions within the Integrated Urban Health portfolio. Assists in developing, implementing, and leading change in system flow improvement initiatives that are in alignment with SHA strategic priorities to connect the care for the people of Saskatchewan, working collaboratively with physicians as leaders, delivering safe and high quality health care, and to improve system wide coordination and alignment of services. Human Resources Exemption: No Experience- Experience in leading teams and project management
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Bachelor of Commerce is acceptable
- Bachelor of Health Care Administration is acceptable
