You know the car business — the pace, the people, the deals, and the energy of a strong sales floor. At Drive Nation Prince Albert , we’re looking for a Sales Manager who knows how to turn that energy into results.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You’ll be on the floor coaching the team, working deals, building momentum, and making sure every customer gets a great experience from the moment they walk through the door. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, develop people, drive performance, and create a team culture people want to be part of.

What you’ll be doing:

• Drive the daily rhythm of the sales floor — appointments, deals, follow-ups, and energy.


• Work deals with your team, providing structure, strategy, and support when needed.


• Maintain strong gross and volume through smart desking and disciplined process.


• Ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service and a consistent Hyundai experience.


• Monitor CRM activity, lead management, and follow-up quality.


• Help develop sales staff through daily interaction, feedback, and encouragement.


• Collaborate with the GM and department leaders to execute store initiatives and hit targets.

What we're looking for:

• Automotive sales management experience required (minimum 2 years).


• Proven understanding of new and pre-owned deal structure and CRM systems.


• A record of consistent sales success and customer satisfaction.


• A passion for people, performance, and doing things the right way.
