Responsibilities
- Assist Supply Chain with supplier set up research outreach supplier assessments competitive sourcing reviewing purchase requests.
- Work with key business stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of ongoing business needs.
- Fleet administration including employee onboarding vehicle inventory management and other fleet related tasks.
- Develop meaningful data analytics for presentations and to support negotiations.
- Coordination with suppliers and data transfer.
- Support implementation of digitized platforms including the launch of any new supplier site portals and the development of internal support tools.
- Seek opportunities to drive savings to and efficiencies for the business and implement new processes or suppliers as needed.
- Focus on change management strategies to further support colleagues internal customers and external partners as our business overall adapt to change.
- Research markets to assist in strategy development and development of market expertise.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Competencies
- Must have recently graduated from a relevant University degree program - supply chain logistics business administration etc
- Excellent customer service and written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills particularly in Excel.
- Flexibility to take on additional work as required.
- Ability to speak French will be considered an asset.
