As a Senior Program Manager, you will oversee critical project activities, budget estimates, and staffing requirements to achieve established milestones. Your background in rail transit and large multimillion turnkey projects will be invaluable as you direct project scope and manage resources. You will facilitate client reviews and ensure adherence to contractual obligations while fostering customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the planning of project activities and milestones
- Review budget estimates and staffing needs
- Manage manpower, materials, and equipment allocations
- Present project status reviews and analyses to clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction and facilitate contract claims handling
- Minimum 10 years in program/project management
- At least 5 years in rail transit industry projects
- Strong knowledge of safety and train control systems
- Experience in risk management and cost estimation
- Proven leadership and communication skills
