Service Lot Attendant

Country Hills Kia is looking to hire reliable   Lot   Attendant s to join their   Service   Team!

Join the team at   Country Hills Kia , a brand-new dealership opening in Northeast Calgary and an exciting addition to a growing automotive group. This is a unique opportunity to be part of building a dealership from the ground up, helping shape its culture, processes, and long-term success. 

Your efficiency and passion for automotive customer   service   along with effective teamwork will allow you to excel in this role. In this role you will be the key to maintaining the visual standards of the dealership for our customers. This position requires you to work outside in various weather conditions and temperatures, and are expected to wear appropriate clothing year-round, and be prepared for various conditions and temperatures, including frigid cold and rain. This position may involve repeated physical movement and exertion.

Responsibilities:

• Park inventory in appropriate areas and ensure they are always clean and presentable

• Inspect new vehicles delivered to dealership for transport damage

• Input keys into the key system with careful attention to accuracy

• Check inventory to ensure doors are locked and windows closed

• Periodically travel to other dealers to pick up inventory for dealer trades

• Assist when needed while fueling/moving/washing units

• Cleaning of   service   and customer vehicles 

• Ensure   lot   is clean and removed of any debris/garbage

• Vacuum and clean interiors, and wash and polish exteriors of automobiles

• Maintain Car Wash

• Performs other duties as required

Requirements:

• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License

• Provide a clean drivers abstract report and immediately notify management of any change in its status

• High school diploma preferred

• Must wear CSA approved steel toed shoes

• Excellent teamwork, attention to detail and interpersonal skills

• Good organization and time management to complete multiple priorities and tasks efficiently

• Self-motivated and able to take initiative for tasks around the dealership

• Ability to respect and value all individuals with sensitivity to diversity and inclusion
