Dans ce rôle clé, vous serez la personne-ressource pour l'administration complète du cycle de la paie, la gestion des avantages sociaux ainsi que la production des rapports liés à la main-d'œuvre.

Votre quotidien
- Administration de la paie : Gérer le cycle complet et multi-sites de la paie pour toutes les entités canadiennes, traiter les changements de rémunération et veiller à la conformité aux normes fédérales et provinciales.
- Gestion du SIRH & Avantages sociaux : Maintenir l'intégrité des dossiers employés dans le système Nethris (ou Employeur D) et administrer les régimes d'assurance collective, d'épargne-retraite (REER) ainsi que les structures salariales liées aux conventions collectives (milieu syndiqué).
- Collaboration & Rapports : Préparer les écritures comptables en collaboration avec les Finances, produire des rapports analytiques sur la main-d'œuvre (heures supplémentaires, vacances, ETC) et effectuer le suivi des indicateurs de performance.
- Conformité fiscale : Produire les déclarations gouvernementales (CNESST/WSBC, taxes santé) et coordonner les processus de fin d'année (T4, RL-1) avec analyse des écarts.
Le profil idéal
- 3 à 10 ans d'expérience progressive en administration de la paie et des avantages sociaux.
- Parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais), tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit, pour soutenir les entités canadiennes.
- Niveau Excel avancé
- Connaissance du système Dayforce , expérience en milieu syndiqué et titre de PCP (ou en voie d'obtention) : de forts atouts.
- Attitude : Un joueur ou une joueuse d'équipe! Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre grand souci du détail, votre discrétion absolue face aux données confidentielles et votre respect rigoureux des échéanciers.
