Bring automotive sales expertise to Downtown Toyota as an in-person Product Advisor, matching guests with vehicles and creating personalized experiences.
As part of Downtown AutoGroup, you will guide guests through vehicle selection and build relationships beyond each purchase. The position emphasizes customer experience, automotive trends, product knowledge, and collaboration. Your work supports Downtown Toyota’s vision of creating lifetime guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft personalized experiences for every guest
- Match unique needs with suitable vehicles
- Build relationships with first-time buyers
- Collaborate to improve guest experiences
- Provide advice on automotive trends and technologies
Requirements:
- Proven customer experience track record
- Automotive sales or related experience preferred
- Passion for automobiles and matching products
- Valid OMVIC License
- Valid Ontario G Driver’s License and clean record
