Automotive Leasing Manager – Toronto Auto Leasing (TAL) Department: Sales Management Role: Yes Compensation: $110,000–$165,000 annually, based on performance The Opportunity BMW Toronto is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Automotive Leasing Manager to lead Toronto Auto Leasing (TAL), our in-house automotive leasing operation. TAL provides the Quinn Automotive Group's of stores with the ability to offer flexible leasing solutions on vehicles outside of traditional manufacturer-supported lease programs, creating additional opportunities for our clients and our Sales team. The goal of TAL is to a grow a profitable and sustainable lease portfolio by increasing lease penetration, creating competitive leasing solutions, retaining clients through future vehicle cycles, and effectively managing credit and residual-value risk. The Automotive Leasing Manager will take ownership of the day-to-day performance and continued growth of TAL. This individual will work closely with BMW Toronto’s Sales and Pre-Owned teams to ensure TAL is consistently considered and quoted on applicable pre-owned vehicle opportunities. The role will also oversee credit adjudication, deal structure, residual values, portfolio performance, upcoming maturities, client renewals, and vehicle remarketing. A key objective will be to grow the TAL portfolio without taking on undue risk, while maximizing the long-term profitability of each lease from initial approval through maturity and final vehicle disposition. This is an opportunity for an experienced automotive leasing, F&I, or sales management professional to lead and further develop an established in-house leasing business with significant potential for continued growth. Key Responsibilities

• Grow TAL’s lease portfolio and profitability while effectively managing credit, residual-value, and portfolio risk.
• Work closely with BMW Toronto’s Sales and Pre-Owned teams to ensure TAL is presented and quoted on applicable pre-owned vehicle opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to increase TAL lease penetration and assist Sales Managers and Sales Consultants in structuring competitive and profitable lease transactions.
• Review and adjudicate credit applications and determine appropriate deal structures based on client creditworthiness and overall risk.
• Establish and regularly review residual values based on current and anticipated wholesale and retail market conditions.
• Proactively manage upcoming lease maturities, explain lease-end options, and pursue opportunities to renew clients into another TAL lease or BMW Toronto vehicle.
• Develop strategies to improve lease renewals and overall client retention.
• Manage lease returns, early terminations, delinquencies, defaults, and other portfolio issues.
• Remarket off-lease vehicles through appropriate retail and wholesale channels to maximize recovery values and profitability.
• Determine the most effective vehicle disposition strategy, including retail, wholesale, auction, and dealer-to-dealer opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with external dealerships and business partners to generate additional TAL leasing opportunities.
• Train and support Sales Managers and Sales Consultants on TAL products, programs, qualification requirements, and deal structures.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including portfolio growth, lease penetration, approvals, maturities, renewals, delinquencies, residual performance, remarketing results, and profitability.
• Lead and develop TAL team members while establishing clear performance expectations and accountability.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of automotive industry experience, preferably in automotive leasing, finance, sales management, or pre-owned operations.
• Credit adjudication experience is asset.
• Strong understanding of automotive leasing, deal structure, residual values, depreciation, and portfolio risk.
• Strong knowledge of wholesale and retail vehicle values and changing automotive market conditions.
• Vehicle remarketing, auction, wholesale, or pre-owned inventory experience is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales, portfolio growth, profitability and with a strong understanding of P&L.
• Ability to balance sales opportunities with sound credit and risk decisions.
• Strong negotiation, communication, leadership, and client-management skills.
• Experience leading and developing a performance-driven team.
