Your day-to-day duties will include:Customer Engagement: Handle a steady volume of incoming calls with a warm, empathetic, and professional tone, ensuring every caller feels heard and valued. Information and Message Routing: Accurately gather essential details from callers; verify key information, and route messages or urgent dispatch request to the appropriate client contacts. Data Management: Input caller's records, details, and notes into our internal call-processing system promptly and precisely. Performance Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed key operational benchmarks, including schedule adherence, average call wrap-up time, and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.What We Are Looking For:We are looking for candidates who combine strong communication capabilities with high attention to detail and reliable performance. Ideal qualifications include:Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written English skills, including strong spelling, correct grammar, and an articulate, pleasant phone presence. Technical Aptitude: Comfort navigating Windows-based desktop environments, multi-tasking across software applications, and typing at a minimum speed of 35WPM.
