We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic FOH Support member to join our team in the beautiful town of Banff. • Collaborate with servers to prepare tables and maintain impeccable table settings.
• Ensure a clean and organized dining environment by promptly clearing dishes and utensils.
• Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management, contributing to uninterrupted service.
• Support communication between the kitchen and FOH staff, ensuring orders are accurate and timely.
• Provide attentive and friendly customer service, enhancing the overall dining experience.

Skills and experience:

• Pro Serve Certification.
• Positive interpersonal skills and excellent oral communication.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• A positive team player attitude with the ability to work independently and a strong willingness to learn.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
