We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Warehouse Coordinator to oversee and manage the day-to-day functions and operations of our warehouse. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all incoming customer orders and fulfilling special requests across various departments. Responsibilities
- Prioritize and process customer orders in accordance with established company guidelines.
- Ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and on time in adherence to delivery schedules.
- Utilize customer online portals to submit outbound shipments as required.
- Proactively communicate any delays or variances in outbound freight to relevant stakeholders.
- Fulfill requests to move stock required for inspection, rework, or other internal requirements.
- Direct working knowledge of warehouse processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong familiarity with inventory management techniques and methods.
- Hands-on experience with RF scanners and barcode systems.
- Working knowledge of JD Edwards (JDE) and supporting shipping software (e.g., Logistyx).
- Solid understanding of WHMIS and workplace safety systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong familiarity with NTN products is preferred.

Qualifications
-High School Diploma or equivalent required.
-Minimum of two (2) years of recent, related experience in supply chain, logistics, or materials management.
-Certification for material handling equipment maintained by NTN Bearing Corporation of Canada Ltd. is strongly desired.
