? SAP or another ERP knowledge

? Account Receivable and Collection

? Accounts Payable

? Payroll Management: T-Sheets, Vacation, Sick-days, Variable pay, ROE

? Bank and Credit Card Reconciliation

? Multiple Currency Accounting

? Multiple Internal Accounts Management

? Government and Third-Party Remittances: Payroll, HST, WSIB, EHT, etc

? Funding Claims Management

? General Accounting Management

Qualifications

Proficiency in using SAP Business One software for bookkeeping and financial reporting Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Ability to handle confidential information and maintain data privacy Excellent organizational and time management skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaborate with team members Prior experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred Relevant certification or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a plus
