Lead Engineer for High Voltage Data Center Substation Projects

HDR

Drive innovative engineering solutions as a Data Center Substation Engineering Manager. Utilize your extensive design knowledge to lead high voltage projects and mentor technical teams in a collaborative, empowering environment.
As an Engineering Manager, you will oversee complex substation projects, guiding your team to ensure technical excellence. This role requires a solid background in high voltage systems, leadership experience, and a commitment to quality project deliverables. You'll work closely with Project Managers, ensuring alignment on scope, budget, and schedules while providing technical oversight and training to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop project execution plans and assign tasks
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship
• Assess and mitigate project risks proactively
• Coordinate quality checks across project deliverables
• Participate in technical seminars and project reviews
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required
• At least 8 years of experience in high voltage projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
