Job Summary:
We are seeking an Office & Client Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service, is computer savvy and is comfortable on the phone. You should be dependable, on time and be a team player.
This position has much growth potential for someone who possesses these skills, or more!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate client appointments and manage scheduling efficiently- Greet and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner- Maintain accurate client records in electronic systems- Answer client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless client care- Process billing accurately- Performs all office administrative tasks
- Demonstrates proactivity for office operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative role- Proficiency in communicating with clients in a variety of ways- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
About our practice: The Movement Co. is a non-traditional sports injury clinic focused on helping active adults and athletes get back to doing what they love, long-term.
This position is one of the most important in our practice. Unlike most medical offices, we take a lot of time to nurture and educate prospective patients/clients who inquire about our services. Many of our patients/leads have been let down before with other health care providers and are very skeptical when reaching out to us initially. You are the first point of contact with this person and you will need to make them feel comfortable and excited that they are reaching out. You will need to ask the right questions, gather information, and communicate clearly with them.
