Overview

Project Coordinator to support the planning, monitoring, and governance of a portfolio of projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining portfolio data, coordinating reporting activities, supporting governance processes, and ensuring accurate and timely communication across stakeholders.

This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with multiple teams to drive successful portfolio outcomes.

Your role

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Portfolio Director and Project Director.
• Support the portfolio governance processes.
• Maintain portfolio portal (SharePoint), schedules, reports, and documentation and ensure information is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Track portfolio performance metrics, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support proposal preparation.
• Prepare portfolio and account management reports.
• Coordinate portfolio review meetings and document meeting outcomes, decisions, and action items, and follow up on commitments.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders (technical team, commercial, finance) and support issue resolution.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of portfolio management standards and best practices.
• Contribute to projects coordination.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering.
• Experience in Power sector is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Project and Power BI is an asset.
• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, portfolio coordination, PMO support, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting multiple projects or programs simultaneously is considered an asset.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Language:

• French mandatory.
• English is an asset.
