Remote Nurse Case Manager: Patient Care Navigator
BioScript Solutions Career
BioScript Solutions is seeking a Field Nurse Case Manager to coordinate the patient journey across Canada, supporting NavieGo programs and working remotely on a full-time basis. You will partner with physicians, clinics, and insurers to secure prescription drug coverage and ensure timely access for patients.
You’ll travel occasionally for on-site clinic visits, build strong relationships with health-care providers, and navigate public and private funding processes while delivering compassionate
