Commission-Based Business Development Partner — Data, Analytics & AI Services

We are looking for an experienced Business Development / Sales Partner who can help generate leads, build relationships, and close new clients for high-value data and AI service projects.

This is a commission-only role with recurring earning potential.

Our typical project value ranges from $3,000 to $7,000+, with custom pricing depending on scope. Many projects last around 3 months on average, which means your commission can be recurring throughout the project duration.

Your Role

You will be responsible for finding and engaging businesses that need data, analytics, automation, or AI solutions.

You can use any channel you are confident in, including LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calls, communities, referrals, partnerships, or any other proven sales method.

Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying businesses that need data, analytics, BI, automation, or AI solutions

Starting genuine conversations with decision-makers

Understanding their business problems and data needs

Qualifying potential clients

Helping move the conversation toward a paid project

Supporting the sales process where needed

Maintaining clear communication throughout the client journey

You do not need to deliver the technical work. Your focus will be on lead generation, relationship-building, qualification, and sales.

Commission Structure

You will receive 15% commission on every project you bring in.

Since most projects are expected to run for around 3 months, your commission will be recurring as long as the client continues paying for that project.

Example:

If a client signs a $5,000/month project for 3 months, the total project value is $15,000.

Your commission would be:

15% of $15,000 = $2,250

Commissions are paid after client payments are received.

Full Transparency

Every lead, deal, client, and sale will be tracked in HubSpot CRM, so there is complete transparency throughout the process.

You will be able to see the status of your leads, deals, and commissions clearly.

You should be:

Experienced in finding and engaging potential clients

Comfortable selling professional services

Strong at communication and relationship-building

Able to understand business problems and connect them with data/AI solutions

Persistent, professional, and trustworthy

Capable of working independently

Confident using your own sales process and outreach channels

This is best suited for someone who already knows how to generate B2B leads and wants to earn serious commission from high-value service projects.
