You will lead investigations into product failures, ensuring that solutions are efficiently implemented. Collaborating closely with multiple teams, you will focus on quality assurance and root cause prevention while driving data analytics to inform decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Define and uphold quality testing frameworks across hardware
- Investigate and resolve hardware failures with detailed analysis
- Set up performance monitoring and inspection strategies
- Assist with customer returns and disposition decisions
- Create quality reports for key stakeholders
- 7+ years of experience in hardware quality and reliability
- Proven skills in test planning and validation processes
