IT Systems Lead for Operations Technology

This full-time position requires onsite work in Gatineau, where you'll oversee the design, integration, and ongoing support of operational technology. By providing leadership in multiple concurrent IT projects, you will play a key role in reducing reliance on third-party services while enhancing system reliability and security.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee implementation and support of IT solutions for SCADA
• Design standardized IT architecture for renewable energy
• Provide advanced OT infrastructure and SCADA support
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols
• Manage vendor performance and project delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 8-12 years in IT systems integration or OT environments
• SCADA and networking expertise
• Proven leadership in managing technical projects
• Strong analytical and collaboration capabilities
