Coordinator of Infrastructure

The Township of Sables-Spanish Rivers is located within the District of Sudbury in Northeastern Ontario approximately 80 km west of Sudbury and 200 km east of Sault Ste. Marie on the Trans-Canada Highway. The Township is seeking a Coordinator of Infrastructure to provide sound management of all related infrastructure. The infrastructure includes but is not limited to municipal buildings, equipment, sewer, water, drainage, roads, bridges, waste disposal, etc.

The successful candidate should have

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A minimum of 5 years experience in management of public works and municipal infrastructure operations
• Solid budgeting and financial management skills
• A valid driver's license
• Experience in a management level and a background in civil engineering being preferred
• Class 1 Water Distribution certification and Certified Engineering

Technician/Technologist (CET) would be considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,969.60-$82,284.80 per year
