High School Admission Manager

Job Responsibility:

- Develop and implement strategic marketing and recruitment plans to attract prospective students.

- Oversee the entire admission process, from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for applicants.

- Manage and lead the admissions team, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.

- Coordinate and participate in recruitment events, open houses, school fairs, and other promotional activities.

- Maintain and analyze admissions data to inform strategies and improve processes.

- Collaborate with the school leadership team to set enrollment targets and develop initiatives to achieve them.

- Develop and maintain relationships with agents, educational consultants, and other stakeholders.

- Oversee the creation and distribution of admission marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.

- Ensure that the admissions office provides exceptional customer service to prospective students and their families.

** Qualifications :**

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field;

- Minimum of 1 year of teaching or managing experience in an administrative role

- Proven experience in admissions, marketing, or a related role, preferably in an educational setting.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of admission processes and regulations.

- Familiarity with the international educational system.

- Understanding of students' needs in academic development.

- Experience with CRM systems and other admissions-related technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$54,000.00 per year
