We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-oriented Front Desk Assistant to be the first point of contact for our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves interacting with people, has strong organizational skills, and is interested in supporting the operations of a fast-paced event rental business.

: As a Front Desk Assistant , you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, handling phone calls and emails, creating quotes, processing payments, and maintaining the showroom. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, has great communication skills, and enjoys supporting a team. You'll work mid-day shifts, with hours typically from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., 3-5 days a week (approximately 15-25 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer phones and respond to customer inquiries via email.
• Provide accurate information to customers about rental products, availability, and pricing.
• Create quotes for customers based on their event needs.
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
• Greet walk-in customers and provide showroom tours to showcase available products.
• Assist with showroom maintenance and product organization.
• Help with sales support, including follow-ups with potential clients.
• Maintain a positive, friendly, and professional demeanor as the face of the business.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
• Comfortable using computers and office software
• Friendly and professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Available to work mid-day shifts (10 a.m. to 3 p.m.), 3-5 days per week.
• Previous experience in an office or retail setting is a plus but not required.
