Keltic is looking for a Dynamic individual to join our Corporate Sales Team as our Online Sales Specialist. This role is pivotal in maintaining and managing our web store, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate will have a blend of sales expertise, technical proficiency and strong organizational skills to drive online sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
Scope:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our web store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management.
- Ensure accurate and up to date product information, images and descriptions are maintained on the website.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Monitor webstore performance based on product availability.
- Collaborate with Corporate team to execute online sales promotions and sales.
- Meet and exceed customer deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or e-commerce.
- Ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- A willingness to learn and contribute to the success of the corporate sales team and the company.
- Good understanding of computers and POS.
- An understanding of Shopify is preferred.
