Senior Product Portfolio Director

Lead Lightspeed’s broad product portfolio with strategic judgment, operating-model expertise, and measurable business impact. You will influence direction beyond one product team.This Director, Product Management role spans multiple product areas, platforms, or a substantial business portfolio. You will translate strategy into objectives, investment priorities, and practices that help teams discover, test, and deliver impactful solutions. You will also strengthen product capabilities and develop exceptional product leaders.Key Responsibilities:
Set portfolio vision aligned with company prioritiesTranslate strategy into objectives and investment prioritiesEstablish operating practices across product areasHire, develop, and retain product leadersStrengthen product management capabilities across LightspeedRequirements:
Proven impact across multiple software product areasPortfolio, platform, business unit, or organizational strategy experienceModern discovery, delivery, experimentation, and outcome planning knowledgeExperience leading through product leaders and managersExceptional strategic thinking, judgment, and communication skillsBring portfolio leadership, modern product practices, and organizational development expertise to Lightspeed’s expanding product organization.
